What is your morning routine? 

I get up and do yoga first thing in the morning. Next I look around what to eat for. This has been the struggle. I want  to eat everything. Im so hungry and im always impatient. The coaching stuff is real and no joke. But love what you do in life. I love my life just the way it is. Clear 

Its clear of negative energy from everyone. I have finally learned how to silencia all of you.
